Choosing a Vacation
Start by choosing a place or activity you've always been interested in taking a part in. Then, find as much activities you can in that area. Begin narrowing it down by time, vicinity, and cost! You're well on your way, friends!
Time and Organization
Give yourself about a month to plan. You'll need to contact business owners or the city's Chamber of Commerce to answer inquiries.
Promote!
Are you inviting others to join you? Perhaps you just want to keep yourself motivated. Whatever the case may be, put exciting language in your itinerary and vacation titles to get a chuckle out of your travel-mates. In addition, be sure to send out reminders (one at 2 weeks, another at 5 days, last day before). Reminders help your travel buddies on top of their schedule and finances for the trip. Moreover, keeps everyone geared towards the fun!
